ORDINANCE NO. �333
An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta,
Georgia Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all
amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta Commission as
authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map
from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone R-1
(One-family Residential) to Zone R-MH (Manufactured Home Residential)
affecting property located on the north right-of-way line of Cassell Street, 229,
feet, more less, west of the northwest corner of the intersection of Ervay Street
and Cassell Street; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for
other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA, GEORGIA COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION L That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of
Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is
amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-1 (One-family Residential) to
Zone R-MH (Manufactured Home Residential)affecting property as follows:

�" Beginning at a point located on the north right-of-way line of Cassell Street, 229,
feet, more less, west of the northwest corner of the intersection of Ervay Street
and Cassell Street; thence, in a westerly direction along the north right-of-way
line of Cassell Street a distance of 100.0 feet to a point; thence, in a northerly
direction a distance of 200.0 feet to a point; thence, in an easterly direction a
distance of 100.0 feet to a point; thence, in a southerly direction a distance of
200.0 feet to the point of beginning. This property contains .46 acres and is
known as 2205 Cassell Street. (Tax Map 167-0-024-18-0)
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
