Agreement to extend a Contract dated February 7, 2012 between Augusta, Georgia (Owner) and
Davis Lawn Care (Contractor)
WHEREAS, Article 3.2 of this Contract provides for the possibility of an extension; and
WHEREAS, there are funds available in the Grant for such extension; and
WHEREAS, Georgia Department of Transportation has approved plans for such an extension;
and
WHEREAS, the contractor has submitted a bid in the amount of $18,000 (attachment 1) to
complete the revised plan (attachment 2) for the extension. Attachments 1 and 2 are incorporated
and;
WHEREAS, both parties agree that all provisions of the parent contract will remain in force;
and
WHEREAS, the Contractor agrees to complete all work provided for in this contract extension
for $18,000 within seven (7) working days of the execution;
NOW, THEREFORE, both parties agree to the forgoing and by their signatures on this
document so bind themselves.
