HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 7326 TO AMEND BY CHANGING THE ZONING FROM ZONE R-1C(ONE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO ZONE R-1D (ONE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) AFFECTING PROEPRTY LOCATED INTERSECTION ELVENTH STREET AND SPRUCE STREET i A T ORDiNANCE NO. / .'�o An Ocdinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Clydinance adopted 6y the Augusta, Georgia Commissian effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all a�nendments which have been approved by either the Augusta Cotnmission as authorized under ihe Home Rule Provisians of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitueion of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from 2one R-1 C(One-famiily Residential) to Zone R-1D (Qne-family Residential} affecting properly located on the southeast corner of the intersection of Eleventh Street and Spruce Street; and for the repeat af ordinances in conflict herewith and fnr other purposes: THE AUGUSTA, GEC3RGIA COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I: That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Comrnissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of Novernber, 1983, the caption of which is set out a�ove, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-1C (One-famzly Residential) to Zone R-1D (One-family Residential) affecting property as follows: �.1�. -1l� , � � Beginning at a point located on the southeast corner of the intersection of Eleventh Street and Spruce Street; thence, in an easterly direction along the southwest line of Spruce Street a distance of 151. 0 feet ta a point; thence, in a southwesterly direetion a distance of 171 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northwesterly direction a distanee of I50 feet, more or Iess, to a point located on the southeast right-of-way line of Eleventh Street; thence, in a northeasterly direction along the southeast right-of-way line of Eleventh Street a distance of 171 feet, more or less, to the poini of beginning. This property Gontains .59 acres and is known as 1{?12 Spruce Street and 1242, 1246 and 1250 Eleventh Street. (Tax Map 059-2-038-00-0, 059-2-039-00-0, 059-2-040- 00-0, OS9-2-041-00-00) SECTION Il.
