An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adapted by the Augusta,
Georgia Commissian effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance N�. 5960) together with all
amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta Commission as autharized
under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of
the State af Geargia" by changing the zoning from Zone R-1C (One-family Residential)
to Zone R-1D (One-family Residential} affecting property located on the northwest
right-of-way line of Eleventh Street, 70 feet, more or less, northeast of a point
where the centerline of Florence Street extended intersects; and for the repeal of
ordinances in conflict herewith and for ather purposes:
THE AUGUSTA, GEORGIA COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of
Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by
changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-1C (One-family Residential) to Zone R-ID
(One-family Residential) affecting property as fallaws:

Beginning af a point located on the northwest right-of-way line of Eleventh Street, 70 feet, more
or less, northeast of a point where the centerline of �"lorence Street extended interseets; thence, in
a northwesterly direction a distance of $0.0 feet to a point; thence, in a northeasterly direction a
distance af 77 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northwesterly direction along a proposed
access driveway a distance of 66 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northeasterly direction
a distance of 100.0 feet to a point; thence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of 131 feet,
more or less, to a point located on the northwest right-of-way line of Eleventh Street; thence, in a
southwesterly direction along the northwest right-af-way line af Eleventh Street a distance of
327 feet, more or less, to the paint of beginning. This property contains approximately .31 acres
and is known as 1235, 1237 and 1259 Eleventh Street. (Tax Map 054 2-033-00-0, 059-2-025-00-
0 and 059-2-Q24-00-�)
SECTION II. All Ordinances ar parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repeaied.
