An Ordinance ta amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta,
Geargia Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all
arnendments which have been approved by either the Augusta Commission as authorized
under the Home Rule Provisions af the Comprehensi�e Zoning Map from Constitution of
the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone R-lC (One-family
Residential) to Zone R-1D (One-family Residential} affecting property located 118
feet, more or less, northwest of Holley Street r�vhere Kingston Street presently
intersects; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and far ather purposes:
THE AUGUSTA, GEORGIA COMIVIISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adapted by the Baard of Commissioners of
Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by
changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-1C (One-family Residential) to Zone R-1D
(One-family Residential} affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located 118 feet, more or less, northwest of Halley Street where Kingston
Street presently intersects; thence, in a southwesterly directian a distance of 216 feet, more ar
less, to a point; thence, in a northwesteriy direction a distance of 210 feet, more or' less, to a
point; thence, in a nartheasterly direction a distance of 157 feet, more or less, to a point; thence,
in a nartheasterly direction a distance of 105 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a
southeastexly direction a distance of 14$ feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This
property contains approximately .9 acres and is presently known as 1448A, 1448, 1450, 1452,
1454 and part of 1460 Kingstan Street. (Tax Map 04b-3-147-OQ-O, 046-3-148-00-02, 04b-3-149-
00-0, 046�3-1 SO-00-0, 046-3-150-01-0, & part of 046-3-14f-04-0)
SECTIOI� II. A'll Ordinances or parts af Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
