An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinanca adopted by the Augusta, Georgia Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with alI � r- amendments which ha�e been approved by either the Augusta Commission as autharized under the Home Ruie Pravisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone R-3B (Multiple-family Residential) and Zone B-1 (Neighbarhaod Business) to Zane B-2 {General Business) affecting property located on the southwest corner of the intersection of Wrightsboro Raad and Monte Sano Avenue; and for the repeal of ordinances in canflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA, GEORGIA COMIVIISSION HEREBY �RDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day ofNovember, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by chan�ing the Comprehensive Zaning Map from Zane R-3B (Multiple-family Residential) and 2one B- 1(Neighborhoad Business) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property as follows: �. -1 ��- - � `� � � , , , Beginnin� at a point located on the sauthwest corner of the intersection of Wrightsboro Road and Monte Sana Avenue; thence, in a southerly direction alang the �nvest right-of-way line of Monte Sano Avenue a distance of 150.0 feet to a point; thence, in a westerly directian a distance of 150.0 feet to a point; thence, in a northerly direction a distance of 150.0 feet to a point located on the sauth right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Raad; thence, in an easterly direction along the south right-of way line af Wrightsboro Road a distance of 150.0 feet to the point of beginning. This property contains .51 acres and is known as 2502 and 2506 Wrightsboro Road ( Tax Map 044-3- 117-0 i -0 and 043-4-077-01-0) SECTION II. This amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning Maps for Augusta, Georgia is subject to the following stipulations: I} that the only B-2 use af the property be an alcohol establishment ar those uses allowed in a B-1 (Neighborhood Business) Zone.
