IITNESSETH that Jane C. Golden the undersigned, is (are) the owner(s) of a tract of land in Richmond
which over, through, and across the above Project has been laid out by Augusta Engineering Department,
�ore particularly described in a map and drawing of said Project in the Augusta Engineering Office, to which

OW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said land by the construction and maintenance of said
