GOSHEN LAKE SOUTH DRIVE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby adopted:
Section 1: This project be set up is authorized to CPB#324-041110-201824041. �,inding
is needed for Change Order One for the Goshen Lake South Drive project
correct the safety and drainage issues associated with the failing C.M.P. within
The Goshen Subdvision for Sitec, LLC in the amount of $143,723.00. Funding
is available in SPLOST Phase IV F�.ind balance account to be transferred to the
Goshen Lake South Drive project account.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project.
Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase IV $ 39,715
