CAPITAL PROJECT BUDGET
D'ANTIGNAC STREET DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS
CHANGE ORDER ONE
CHANGE NUMBER ONE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby adopted:
Section 1: This project be set up is authorized to CPB#325-041110-209825201. F�xnding
is needed for D'Antignac Street Drainage Improvements for Construction Material
for unforseen subsurface constuction for Change Order One in the amount of $375,731.09
for Mabus Brothers Construction. Funding is available in Phase V Fund balance account
to be transferred to the project storm drainage account upon Commission approval.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project.
Special 1% Sales Ta�c, Phase IV Recapture $ 3,162,282
Special 1°/o Sales Tax, Phase V $ 1,000,000
Special 1% Sales T�, Phase V F�ind Balance $ 400,000
$ 4,562,282
Section 3: The following amounts are appropriated for the project:
