true and lawful attomey to act in, manage, and conduct certa.in of my affairs, and for that
purpose for me and in my name, place and stead and for my use and benefit and as my act

in the doing or executing of, all or any of the following acts, deeds, and things, that is to
say:
(1) To convey on my behalf and in my name, the real estate, with all
improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the County of Richmond, State of
Georgia, said property being more particularly described in the Exhibit hereto attached,
marked E�chibit "A", and by reference made a part hereof, on such terms and conditions
as she may deem best.
(2) To execute on my behalf and in my name, any and all instnzments or
documents as may be necessary to consummate the conveyance of the property described
in E�ibit "A" hereto attached, including, but not limited to any and all deeds, with or
without warranty, closing statements, affidavits, and any and all ot her documents in
connection with the sale thereof.
(3) To collect and receive, with or without the institution of suit or other legal
process, all debts, monies, objects, interest and demands due to me pursuant to the sale of
said property.

(5) To consent to the disbursement from proceeds due to me pursuant to any

documentary stamps and other expenses.
(6) To execute, seal acknowledge, and deliver any and all other documents
necessary, advisable or expedient with respect to the purchase, conveyance of said
property.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full power and authority to
do and perform all and every other act, deed, matter and thing whatsoever to complete the
transactions set forth hereinabove, as fully and effectually to all intents and purposes as I
might ar could do in my own proper person if personally present, the above specially
enumerated powers being in aid and exemplification of the powers herein granted, and
not in limitation or definition thereof; and hereby ratifying all that my said attorney shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
And I hereby declare that any act or thing lawfully done hereunder by my said
attorney shall be binding on me, and my heirs, legal and personal representatives, and
assigns, whether the same shall have been done before or after my death, or other
revocation of this instrument, unless notice thereof shall have been received by my said
attorney.
This Power of Attorney shall remain in full force and effect until revoked by me
in writing by instrument recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of
Richmond County, Georgia, but no longer than six months from this date.

prepared by Besson & Pope, dated December 1982 last revised in May, 1984 which is
