THIS INDENTLTRE, made this � day of November, 2011, between BOBBY V.
GAINES, of Richmond County, Georgia and JOHN E. GAINES, of Santa Barbara County,
California, as Grantor, and AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, a political subdivision of the State of
Georgia, as Grantee.
WITNESSETH:
That the said Grantor for and in consideration of a charitable gift to Grantee, the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, has bargained, sold and does by these presents bargain, sell,
remise, release, and forever quit-claim to the said Grantee, its heirs and assigns, all the right,
title, interest, claim or demand which the said Grantor has or may have had in an� to the
following described property:
All that lot or land or parcel, together with all improvements thereon situate, lying and
being in the State of Georgia, Co�nty of Richmond kno��vn and designated at Lot 4, Block
B of �,`orthview Inciustrial Park shown upon a plat thereof prepared by Besson & Pope,
dated December 1982 last revised in May, 1984 which is filed for record in the Office of
th� Clerk of Superiox Court, Richmond Coun*y, Georgia, Realty Reel 189, pages 576-
582. Reference is hereby made to the foregoing plat for a more complete and accurate
description of the metes and bounds of the property.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said described premises unto the said Grantez, its heirs
