ATB003 Form-1 ` � � Standing Committee on Drug Courts GRANT AWARD Grantee: Augusta Judicial Circuit Drug Court Total Award: $37,610 Court Type: Adult Felony Grant Period: 07/Ol/2011 — 06/30/2012 Award is hereby made in the amount and for the period shown above for a grant from the Statewide Drug Court Program, with funds appropriated by the Georgia General Assembly. Award is made contingent upon the availability of funds and may be reduced during the gant period. The subgrantee agrees that no funds shall be expended outside of the approved budget and will request any needed budget adjustments in writing in a timely fashion. Any funds spent under this subgrant award must be expended by the grant end date and not encumbered. The subgrantee further agrees that all funds awarded shall be used to supplement any existing programs and will not be used to supplant other funds. Grant funds cannot be used to fund office space, furniture, office equipment, administrative overhead or travel other than costs associated with attending the Judicial Council's Annual Drug, DUI, and Mental Health Court Conference. A complete, allowable budget and naxrative must be submitted prior to the drawdown of any funds. Any further budget adjustments must be requested in writing no later than Apri130, 2012. The subgrantee agrees to submit requests for reimbursement no later than 15 days after the end of the month or 30 days after the end of the quarter, whichever is the preference. The subgrantee also agrees to submit all required data in a timely fashion and actively participate in any and all evaluation efforts pertinent to this subgrant project.
