WiTNESSETH that William C. Howard 3z. , the undersigned, is the owner of a tract of land in
RICHMOND COUN`I'Y, through which l3mad Street_, known as Traffic Safetv Improvements Pro�ect Broad Street
Traffic Signall, has been laid out by Toole Survevin Coinpany, Ine� being more partieularly described in a map and
drawing of said project in the Augusta Engineering of£ice, tc� which reference ishereby made.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said property by the construction and maintenance of
said project, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt wliereof is hereby
acknowledged, I do hereby �rant, sell and convey to Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of Cxeorgia,
and their successors in office, so much laiid as to make a rigtit-of-way for said project as surveyed.
SAID right-of-way is hereby conveyed in fee simple, consisting of 200 sq. ft., more or less; and N/A sg, ft. of
permanent easement, more or less; and N/A sq. �{, of temporary constructinn easement, more or less, as shown on a
drawing of the property prepared by Toole Survevine Company Inc., dated . _October 26. 2010, revised Navember 2
2010, attached hereto and made a part of this description,
TO HAVF. AND TO HOLD the said conveyed premises in fee simple.
I hereby specially warrant Chat I have the right to sell and convey said land and bind myself, my heirs,
executors and administrators forever to defend by virtue of these presents.
