Georgia that the fallacving Capital Praject Budget is hereby adopted:
Section 1: The project is authorized to CPB# 323-041110-204$23525. Th�s project propUSes to reallacate
�1,250,000 from Martin Luther K�ing Drive {SPLOST �II - I)istrict 2j, and $1,07�5,100 from Old
Savannah Road (Gordon Highway to S6 Highway) (SPLOSfi IIT - District 2} ta the Hyde
Park/Wilkerson Gardens L7rainage Improvements Project to fuily fund design and partia2ly
fund land acquisition and resident relocatinns.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated ta be available to the Cansolidated
Gavemment to compiete the projeet.
