CAPITAL PROJECT BUDGET
WILKINSON GARDEN AREA ROADWAY DRAINAGE
REALLOCATION
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby adopted:
Section 1: The project is authorized to CPB# 323-041110-204823525. This project proposes to reallocate
$1,250,000 from Martin Luther King Drive (SPLOST VI - District 2), and $1,075,100 from Old
Savannah Road (Gordon Highway to 56 Highway) (SPLOST III - District 2) to the Hyde
Park/Wilkerson Gardens Drainage Improvements Project to fully fund design and partially
fund land acquisition and resident relocations.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project.
Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase III $ 1,075,100
Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase VI $ 1,250,000
$ 2,325,100
Section 3: The following amounts are appropriated for the project:

Section 4: Copies of this Capital Project Budget shall be made available to the
Comptroller for direction in carrying out this project.
