(1) The property is more than 50 years old. This requires us to send Section 106 documentat+on to the State Historic Preservation office for review, comment(sl and approval prior to the committin� of anv federal funds. This property will require an Elevation Certificate for flood insurance purposes and will also require flood insurance.
