WNEREAS, certain revisions to #k�e design requested by Augusta-Richmond Counfiy are nat ccsvered by th� ScQpe af
the ori�ana! contract, we desire to submit Che faflowing Suppiementat Agre�ment tfl-wlt:
Nc�ise Study Addenrlum to meet the neu� GpbT Guidelines, Ecolc�gy Study Addendc�m to address
determinatiom of state waters in occr�rdance with EPD site visit, and reuisians to the approved
errvironmentat document to incarporate these add�ndums which wi!! enc�b/e �edera(/State right
of way funds to 6e ased an Section V
� It is agreeB that as a resuit of the above described modification the cantra�t amount is inereased by $37_,_141.t}0
from �2,596.029.71 to a new tata} of �2,633.170.72.
Any rnodifications to submittal dat�es shall be as identified in fihe attached praposaL Tnis agreement in no way
modifies or changes the originai cc�ntract of whieh it becornes a part, except as spec+�caPly stated herein.

Agreernent consisting of the above mentivned items and prites, and agree that this Supplemental Agreement is
hereby made a part of the original eontract ta be performed under the speeifications thereof, and that the ariginal
cantract is ir� full #orce and effect, ex�ept insofar as it might be rnadified by this Supplemental Agreement.
