The following change is hezeby made to the contract for the above project:
Description of Change: The requirements of the contract include upgades and replacement of the
existing Butler Creek Interceptor sanitary sewer main. Phase II of the Interceptor upgrade includes 14,085
linear feet of 42" diameter D.LP., which then connects to the Phase I portion of the Interceptor Upgrade
leading to the wastewater treatment plant. The main objective of this design modification is to provide
sanitary sewer to a small pocket of businesses and residences along Dixon Airline Road and to complete
the creek crossing of the new 24" water main along Mike Padgett Highway (Hwy 56). The project will
consist of approximately 1,695 linear feet of 12" sanitary sewer main along Dixon Airline Road with
service connections, and 820 linear feet of 24" ductile iron water transmission main crossing Butler Creek
along the right-of-way of Mike Padgett Highway (Hwy 56). COMMISSION APPROVAL WAS
PROVIDED ON 9/06/11.
