HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 7292 TO AMEND COP ZONING ORD BY CHANGING THE ZONING BY MODIFYING PART OF THE CONDITIONS FROM A 1993 ZONING CASE (Z-93-57) RELATING TO OFF-STREET PARKING CENTRAL AVE AND BAKER AVE ,� � � ORDINANCE NO. � Z 9 2 An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta, Georgia Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning by modifying part of the conditions from a 1993 zoning case (Z-93-57) relating to off-street parking for an adult day care center affecting property located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Central Avenue and Baker Avenue; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THF, AUGUSTA, GEORGIA COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION L That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map by modifying part of the conditions from a 1993 zoning case (Z-93-57) relating to off-street parking for an adult day care center affecting property as follows: M , i � r . ' . � � Beginning at a point located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Central Avenue and Baker Avenue; thence, in a westerly direction along the north right-of- way line of Central Avenue a distance of 49.0 feet to a point; thence, in a northerly direction a distance of 165.95 feet to a point; thence, in an easterly direction a distance of 74.0 feet to a point located on the west right-of-way line of Baker Avenue; thence, in a southerly direction along the west right-of-way line of Baker Avenue a distance of 153.35 feet to the point of beginning. This property contains .20 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 1901 Central Avenue. (Ta�c Map 045-3-027-00-0) SECTION IL This amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning Maps for Augusta, Georgia is subject to the following stipulations: Modification of condition #1 of Z-93-57 to read that existing parking and ingress/egress configuration of the rear of the property shall be retained. SECTION IIL All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
