An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta, Geargia Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from R-1C (One-family Residential) and R-2 (Two-family Residential) to PUD (Planned Unit Development)affecting property located in five tracts Tract A- located on the southwest right-of-way line of Boyd Lane, 200 feet, more or less, northwest of a point where the centerline of South Boundary Lane intersects; Tract B- located on the northeast right-of-way line of Boyd Lane, 196 feet southeast of Picquet Avenue; Tract C- located on the northeast right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road a distance of 40 feet, more or less, southeast of Tenth Street; Tract D- located on the northeast right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road, 125 feet, more or less, southeast of Tenth Street and Tract E - located on the northeast right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road, 116 feet, more or less, northwest of where the centerline of South Boundary Lane intersects; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and far other purposes: THE AUGUSTA, GEORGIA COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from R-1C (One-family Residential) and R-2 (Two-family Residential) to PUD (Planned Unit Development)affecting property as follows: Tract A Beginning at a point located on the southwest right-of-way line of Boyd Lane, 200 feet, more or less, northwest of a point where the centerline of South Boundary Lane intersects; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance of 83.0 feet to a point; thence, in a northwesterly direction a distance of 156.0 feet to a point; thence, in a northeasterly direction a distance of 83.0 feet to a point located on the southwest z-11��� � + ♦ I - right-of-way line of Boyd Lane; thence, in a southeasterly direction along the southwest right-of-way lien of Boyd Lane a distance of 156.0 feet to the point of beginning. This tract contains .28 acres and is know as 935, 932, 936 and 938 Boyd Lane. (Ta�c Map 059-2-757-00-0 & 059-2-758-00-0) Tract B Beginning at a point located on the northeast right-of-way line of Boyd Lane, 196 feet southeast of Picquet Avenue; thence, in a northeasterly direction a distance of 50.0 feet to a point; thence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of 30.0 feet to a point; thence, i8n a southwesterly direction a distance of 50.0 feet to a point located on the northeast right-of-way of Boyd Lane; thence, in a northwesterly direction along the northeast right-of-way line of Boyd Lane a distance of 30.0 to the point of beginning. This property contains .03 acres and is known as 945 Boyd Lane. (Tax Map 059-2-710-00-0) Tract C Beginning at a point located on the northeast right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road a distance of 40 feet, more or less, southeast of Tenth Street; thence, in a northeasterly direction a distance of 75 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of 40 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance of 75 feet, more or less, to a point located on the northeast right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road; thence, in a northwesterly direction along the northeast right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road a distance of 40 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains .07 acres and is known as 949 Wrightsboro Road. (Tax Map 059-2-569-00-0) Tract D Beginning at a point located on the northeast right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road, 125 feet, more or less, southeast of Tenth Street; thence, in a northeasterly direction a distance of 150 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of 75 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance of 150 feet, more or less, to a point located on the northeast right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road; thence, in a northwesterly direction along the northeast right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road a distance of 75 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains .26 acres and is known as 943 and 945 Wrightsboro Road. (T� Map 059-2-566-00-0 & 059-2-567-00-0) Tract E Beginning at a point located on the northeast right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road, 116 feet, more or less, northwest of where the centerline of South Boundary Lane intersects; thence, in a northwesterly direction along the northeast right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road a distance of 80 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northeasterly direction a distance of 150 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of 80.0 feet to a point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance of 150.0 feet to the point of beginning.
