Dear Jack,
I am writing in response to your request for proposal to include the costs related to the
rental, set up, and removal of (2) temporary h�ailers for use by Augusta Airport personnel
during construction of the new FBO.
I have attached the proposals from Vanguard Modular Building Systems to provide you
with the detaiis relative to cost and scope for items included as well as exclusions that are
applicable.
The costs for this scope of work are as follows:
Subtotal Vanguard MBS - $ 41,863.77
Subguazd (1.3%) - $ 544.23
Builder's Risk Insurance (0.2%) - $ 83.73
Safety (0.03%) - $12.56
Subtotal Amount: � 42,504.29
Fee (7% inclusive of GL Insurance and P&P Bond) -$ 2,975.30
Tota1= $ 45,479.59
Exclusions/Clarifications:
1. Any iteni not expressly stated as included on attached Vangua�•d proposals dated
6/30/11 and 7/21/11 is excluded.
2. Cost for insurance is excluded — To be provided by Owner as occupant of facilities.
3. Maintenance/janitorial services of temporary facilities are excluded.
4. Permitting costs are excluded.
5. Proposa] is based upon a lease teixn of 10 months.
6. Permit expediting is to be provided by Owner.
7. Poured concrete footings & siuface bonded piers are excluded.
8. Utility connections are excluded —(Water, sewer, power, communications, etc.) The
location of trailers is currently "To Be Determined"; therefore, a defined utility plan has
not been developed.

9. Repairs as required to existing pavement, disposal of ramp materials. Cost to be
provided at a later date.
10. All costs associated with the project delay are excluded from this proposal. We
reseive the iight to submit a Change Order proposal to include costs for additioual
General Conditions and/or Acceleration costs as related to incorporation of this scope
into our Contract. Upon Owner vacancy of existing FBO Building and Command
Center, we will confirm the extent of project delay and subnut associated costs and
request for extension of time.

Please let rne know if tliere is anything else we can do that will help with regard to this
matter. Once we have received a fully executed Contract Agreement, I will submit a
more formal Change Order ProposaI for this work.

Site must be accessible by road tractor and the road h�actor must be able to spot the building over the building pad. The
use of cranes, rolling or other means of spotting the building will be an additional charge via change order.
Site of building placement must be level to 6" in 50" or 12" in lU0'.
