WITNESSETH: That Granior, for in consideration of the sum of Ten Doilars ($10.00) and other good and valuabie considerations in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, convey and confirm unto Grantee, and the successors, legal representatives and assigns of Grantee all those tracts or parcels of land lying and being in the City of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia, more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (the "Property").
