BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Bud�et is hereby adopted:
Section 1: This project is authorized to CPB#323-041110-299823786 and SA#9. The funding for this project in
axnount of $37,141.00 is needed for the Noise Study Addendum to comply with GDOT Guidelines
into effect July 13, 2011. Fundin� for this request will be transferred from the project Section V
Right of Way Account to the Section V project En�ineerin� Account.
Section 2: The followin� revenues aze anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project.
Special 1% Sales T�, Phase III $ 1,560,500
Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase IV $ 600,000
$ 2,160,500
Section 3: The followin� amounts are appropriated for the project:
