An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance
adopted by the Augusta, Georgia Commission effective
September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all
amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta
Cornnission as authorized under the Hane Rule Provisions of
the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State
of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone P-1 (Professional) to
Zone B - 1 (Neighborhood Business) a f f e c t i n g p r o p e r t y 1 o c a t e d on the
southwest right-of-way line of Lumpkin Road, 75 feet west of Elderberry Drive ;
and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for
other purposes:
TI� AUGUSTA, GEORGIA CONNIISS ION HEREBY ORDAINS :
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board
of Cornnissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983,
the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the
Comp r e h e n s i v e Zon i n g Map f r om Zone P (Professional) to Zone B (Neighborhood
Business) affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the southwest right-of-
way line of Lumpkin Road, 75 feet west of Elderberry
Drive; thence, in a southerly direction a distance of
170.0 feet to a point; thence, in a westerly direction a
distance of 75.0 feet to a point; thence, in a northerly
direction a distance of 170.0 feet to a point located on
the southwest right-of-way line of Lumpkin road a
distance of 75.0- feet to the point of beginning. This
property contains approximately .29 acres and is known
as 2006 Lumpkin Road. (Tax Map 110-2-075-00-0)
SECTION II. Al1 Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.
