A resolution by the Augusta-Richmond County Planning Commission recommending
that the Flood Insurance Study and the Flood Insurance Rate Maps for Augusta-
Richmond County, Georgia, both with an effective date of July 18, 2011, be adopted as
follows:
AN ORDINANCE TO ADOPT THE FLOOD INSURANCE STUDY (FIS), STUDY
NUMBER 13245CVOOOA, WITH A DATE OF SEPTEMBER 25, 2009, AND THE
FLOOD INSURANCE RATE MAPS (FIRMs), MAP NUMBERS:
132451ND0B, 13245C0015F, 13245C0020F, 13245C0040F, 13245C0070F,
13245C0085F, 13245C0090F, 13245C0095F, 13245C0105F, 13245C0110F,
13245C0115F, 13245C0120F, 13245C0130G, 13245C0135G, 13245C0140G,
13245C0145G, 13245C0175F, 13245C0185F, 13245CO200F, 13245CO205F,
13245CO210F, 13245CO225F, 13245CO230G, 13245CO235F, 13245CO240F,
13245CO245F, 13245CO255F, 13245CO265F, 13245CO300F, 13245CO325F,
13245CO330F, AND 13245CO355F,
WITH A MAP DATE OF SEPTEMBER 25, 2009 FOR ALL F SERIES MAPS AND A
MAP DATE OF JULY 18, 2011 FOR THE INDEX (132451NDOB) AND ALL ALL G
SERIES MAPS, AS THEY PERTAIN TO AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, IN THEIR ENTIRETY.
THE AUGUSTA COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Flood Insurance Study (FIS), Study Number 13245CV000A, with a
date of September 25, 2009, and the Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs), Map
Numbers 132451ND0B, 13245C0015F, 13245C0020F, 13245C0040F, 13245C0070F,
13245C0085F, 13245C0090F, 13245C0095F, 13245C0105F, 13245C0110F,
13245CQ115F, 13245C0120F, 13245C0130G, 13245C0135G, 13245C0140G,
13245C0145G, 13245C0175F, 13245C0185F, 13245CO200F, 13245CO205F,
13245CO210F, 13245CO225F, 13245CO230G, 13245CO235F, 13245CO240F,
13245CO245F, 13245CO255F, 13245CO265F, 13245CO300F,13245CO325F,
13245CO330F, and 13245CO355F, with a map date of September 25, 2009, for all F
Series Maps and a map date of July 18, 2011, for the Index (132451ND0B) and all G
Series Maps as they pertain to regulating Flood Damage Prevention in Augusta,
Georgia, be adopted in their entirety.
SECTION II. That any and all Flood Insurance Studies (FISs) and Flood Insurance Rate
Maps (FIRMs) with effective dates prior to September 25, 2009, be rendered null and
void for regulating Flood Damage Prevention in Augusta, Georgia.

SECTION III. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are
hereby repealed.
