QUITCLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this 25 day of MAY 2011, by and between AUGUSTA,
GEORGIA, First Party, and the SHARLOTTE F. EVANS REVOCABLE TRUST, of
Richmond County, Geargia, Second Party;
WITNESSETH: That solely for the purpose hereinafter stated and for valuable
consideration, First Party does hereby remise, release, reconvey, and quitclaim unto Second
Party the Sharlotte F. Evans Revocable Trust its heirs and assigns, all the land described in
and conveyed by that certain easement deed from Sharlotte F. Evans to First Party, dated the
8 day of November 2010, recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of
Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 01281, page 1378.
This quitclaim deed is made solely for the purpose of cancelling the easement deed above
mentioned.
In witness whereof, First Party has hereunto set its hand and affixed seal and delivered
these presents the day and year above written.
