CAPITAL PROJECT BUDGET
DOVER-LYMAN CON8TRUCTION INFRASTRUCTURE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia that the
following Capital Project Budget is hereby amended:
Section 1: This project is authorized for design services for the Lyrnan-Dover Streets and Drainage
project and to award the Consultant Services to ZEL Engineers in the amount of
$234,750.00 for the Dover-Lyman Street project. F�.inding is available in the project
account for the Engineering Department to be transferred to the project engineering
account from the Special One Percent Sales Tax.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project.
Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase III $ 2,000,000
Section 3: The following amounts are appropriated for the project:

Spirit Creek $2,000,000 6th $ 2,000,000
Section 4: Copies of this Capital Project Budget shall be made available to the
Comptroller for direction in carrying out this project.
