AMENDMENT No. 1
TO THE
CONTRACT FOR
CUSTODIAL SER VICES
By and Between
A UGUSTA RICHMOND COUNTY, GEORGIA
FOR THE A UGUSTA REGIONAL AIRPORT
AND
ABM-SOUTHERN MANAGEMENT
JANITORIAL SER VICES, INC.
WHEREAS, a Contract for Facilities Services was made and entered into as of
2010, by and between Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia for the Augusta Regional
Airport and ABM-Southern Management Janitorial Services, Inc., to provide contract
janitorial services for the Airport.
WHEREAS, there is a need for increased personnel to perform these services as a
result of increased passengers and use.
THEREFORE, the Parties have agreed to amend Section II, Article XXIX,
Labor Requirements of the contract to provide for the addition of following:
1 full - time custodian 7 AM - 3 PM Monday - Sunday
1 full - time custodian 3 PM - 11 PM Monday - Sunday
1 part - time custodian 5 PM - 8 PM Monday - Friday
3 full - time custodians 10 PM - 6 AM Sunday - Thursday
This amendment in the number of laborers adds two full time service workers to
Contractor's staff for Janitorial Services. The City agrees to pay Contractor an additional
four thousand one hundred sixteen dollars and eighty nine cents ($4,116.89) per month
for the additional labor.
All other terms and conditions of the Contract, except as expressly amended herein,
shall remain the same.
