THIS AMENDMENT ("Amendment") is made this I 5} day of J��,.,» C , 2011, by and between
the STATE PROPERTIES COMMISION ("SPC") and AUGUSTA, GEORGIA ("City").
WHEREAS, the SPC and the City entered into that certain Revocable License Agreement on
July 26, 2010 with respect to the City's use of certain state-owned property located in Augusta, Georgia
as amended by that Amendment One to Revocable License Agreement dated October 8, 2010 (the
Revocable License Agreement and Amendment One are hereinafter collectively referred to as the
"Agreement"); and,
WHEREAS, the parties desire to extend the term of said Agreement for a six-month period, ending
December 27, 2011.
NOW THEREFORE, the SPC and the City, in consideration of these premises and the mutual covenants
and agreements contained therein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and
sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereby agree and covenant as follows:
l. Duration. The language contained in paragraph 5 of the Agreement shall be deleted in its
entirety and the following language shall be inserted in lieu thereof:
"Licensee may use the Licensed Premises during the period beginning on
June 28, 2010 and ending on December 27, 2011 (hereinafter referred to as
"License Period"), for so long as Licensee uses the Licensed Premises for
the purposes permitted in Section 4 above, unless previously revoked
pursuant to Section 6 below."
2. Definitions. All capitalized terms used in the Amendment and not expressly defined herein
shall have the respective meanings given to such terms in the Agreement.
3. Successors and Assigns. This Amendment shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of
the successors and permitted assigns of the parties hereto.
4. Entire Agreement. Except as expressly modified by this Amendment Two, the Agreement
shall be and remain in full force and effect in accordance with its terms and shall constitute o
the legal, valid, binding and enfarceable obligations of the parties. This Amendment Two �
and the Agreement, collectively, are the complete agreement of the parties and supersede any �
prior agreements or representations, whether oral or written, with respect thereto. �
