AGt2EEMENT
THIS AGREEMEPiT, made this � day ofi �'i � _, �°t by and
between Augusta Geor ia, a political subdivision of the State flf Georgia, hereinafter cailsd
"Owner" and ' o�i �-►ct :vr�'^ �c. doing business as a
corporation hereina er ca!{e "�ontractor."
WtTNESSETH: That for and in considera#ion o€ the payments and agreements as
hereinafter mentioned the su�ciency which is hereby acknowrtedged, #he parties agree to
as follows:
1. The Contractor witt commence construction o# the Replacement of the Former
Chamber of Commerce Buitding Roof.
2. The Con#ractor shalt provide all labor, material parts, engineering, licensing and
certifications required by any applicable regulation. Furthermore, the Con#ractor will
furnish alt drawings, product data, material, supplies, tools, equipment, iabor, traffic
control and other services necessary for the canstruction and comp(etiQn of the
project described herein.
3. The Cantractor will commence the wark req�ired by the Contract Documents within
Thirty (30) calendar days after the date of the Notice of Award and wiH compfete
the work not more than One Hundred #wentv (120� untess the period of
completion is extended otherwise in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
4, The Co�tractor agrees to perform all #he work described in the Contract Documents

5. The term "Contract Documents" means and inctudes the fotlowing:

6. The Owner wiil pay tv the Cflntractor in the manner and at such #imes as set forth in
the General Cond'+#ions such amounts as required by the Contract Documents.
7. This Agreement shall be binding upon at! parties hereto and their respective heirs,
executors, administrators, successors and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHERE�F, the parties hereto have executed or caused #o be executed by
their duly authorized officials, this Agreement in Five (5} coun#erparts, each o# which shall
be deemed an orig�nal on the date #irst above written.
