An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta, �
Georgia Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all
amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond County
Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning
Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone B-1
(Neighborhood Business) and Zone R-1C (One-family Residential) to Zone B-2
(General Business) affecting property located on the north right-of-way line of
Washington Road, 300 fee, more or less, east of Pleasant Home Road; and for the
repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA, GEORGIA COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAIlVS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of
Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by
changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) and Zone R-1C
(One-family Residential) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property as follows:

._++ Beginning at a point located on the north right-of-way
line of Washington Road, 300 fee, more or less, east of
Pleasant Home Road; thence, in a northerly direction a
distance of 310 feet, more or less, thence, in an
easterly direction a distance of 294 feet, more or less,
to a point; thence, in a southerly direction a distance
of 260 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a
westerly direction a distance of 102 feet, more or less,
to a point; thence, in a southerly direction a distance
of 165.0 feet to a point located on the north right-of-
way line of Washington Road; thence, in a westerly
direction along the north right-of-way line of
Washington Road a distance of 171 feet, more or less, to
the point of beginning. This property contains 1.94
acres and is known as 3315 Washington Road. (Tax map
010-0-002-00-0)
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
Done in Open Meeting under the Common Seal thereof this 15 _ day of May , 2011.
