WHEREAS, the current Richrnond County, Georgia Courthouse is
located at 530 Greene Street, Augusta, Richmond Caunty, Georgia; and
WHEREAS, the governing autharity of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia has caused to be constructed a new judicial building, located at 735
James Brown Boulevard, Augusta, Richmond County, Georgia, in order to
transact the business of all of the Courts of Richmond County, Georgia to
include the Superior Court of Richmond County and any other related
activities as required by the laws of the State of Georgia; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and proper that the Superior Court of
Richmond County, Georgia issue an Order denominating such new Iocation
as the official Courthouse for Richmond County, Georgia for the purpose of
conducting the business of all of the Courts of Richmond County, Georgia to
include the Superior Caurt of Richmond County, Georgia, and all other
courts and any other related activities as required by �he law of the State of
Georgia to be conducted at the Richmond County, Georgia Courthouse; and
WHERAS, it is necessary and proper ta give notice to the public for
the relocation of the Richmond County, Georgia Courthouse for al1 Court
business and as the location for Sheriff's sales and all other sales conducted
, .,-
located at 735 Jarnes Brown Boulevard a/k/a Ninth Street a/k/a
Campbell Street, Augusta, Richmond County, Georgia.
4. This Order shall be effective beginning at 12:OI a.m. on the 4 th day of
May, 201 l. All Sheriff's sales and sales conducted in the same
manner as Sheriff's sales pursuant to the laws of the State of Georgia
which are currently being advertised and in which such advertisement
gives notice of sale at the 530 Greene Street, Augusta, Richmond
County, Geargia location shall be held as advertised at the 530 Greene
Street, Augusta, Richmond County, Georgia location and such
location is preserved as the official location for those sales and those
sales only. After the current advertised sales are conducted all sales
shall be conducted on the courthouse steps of Augusta-Richmond
County Judicial Center located at 735 James Brown Boulevard a/lc/a
Ninth Street a/k/a Campbell Street, Augusta, Richmond County,
Georgia.
5. The Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond Caunty, Georgia shall
enter this Order upon the Minutes of the Superior Court of Richmond
County, Georgia and shall post the same on the place of pasting of
public notices at both the old and new courthouse locations for a
period of 30 days from the date of this order.

�, The Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia shall
cause this Order to be published in the legal organ of Richmond
County, Georgia once a week for four consecutive weeks as soon as
practicable after the entering of this Order.
