WITNESSEZ'Ii that Viette M. Stacy the undersigned, is the
owner of a tract of land in RICHI�lOND COUN'1'Y, which over, through,
and across the above Project has been laid out by W. R. Toole
Engineers, Inc. to which reference is hereby made.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said
property by the construction and maintenance of said project,
and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, and
the waiver of the tap fee, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey to Augusta
Richmond, Georgia, a political of the State of Georgia, and their
successors in office a perpetual easement for the purpose and
uses hereinafter set forth, over, through and across the
following lands, to-wit:
Said easement is hereby conveyed, consisting of 1229.99
S.F. of permanent utility easement and 412.99 S.F. temporary
construction easement as shown on a plat of the property prepared
by W. R. Toole Engineers, Inc. , attached hereto and made a part
of this description.
This Easement is granted for the following purposes and
uses, to-wit: Installation & Maintenance of a 12" Water
Distribution Line
The Easement herein granted shall bind the heirs and assigns
of the undersigned.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal the
