ORDINANCE NO. � 242
An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta,
Georgia Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all
amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond County
Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning
Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone A
(Agriculture) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property located on the
northeast corner of the intersection of Windsor Spring Road and Tobacco Road;
and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA, GEORGIA COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION L That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of
Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by
changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A(Agriculture) to Zone B-2 (General Business)
affecting property as follows:

� '; Beginning at a point located on the northeast corner of
the intersection of Windsor Spring Road and Tobacco
Road; thence, N 27°47'18" E along the southeast right-
of-way line of Windsor Spring Road a distance of 382.49
feet to a point; thence, S 64°23'16" E a distance of
14.65 feet to a' point; thence, N 27°57"12" E along the
southeast right-of-way line of Windsor Spring Road a
distance of 50.15 feet to a point; thence, N 27°50'50" E
along the southeast right-of-way line of Windsor Spring
Road a distance of 6.85 feet to a point; thence, S
62°02'48" E a distance of 385.09 feet to a point;
thence, S 10°25'49" W a distance of 366.44 feet to a
point located on the northeast right-of-way line of
Tobacco Road; thence, in a westerly direction along the
northeast right-of-way line of Tobacco Road a distance
of 440 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, N
36°24'Ol" W a distance of 100 feet, more or less, to the
point of beginning. This property contains 4.50 acres
and is known as part of 3692 Windsor Spring Road. (part
of Tax Map 141-0-007-02-0)
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
