Description of Change (for a more detaited descripii.om see attached p�oposal}:
The modification to this contract will consist of the installation of an additiona1700 T.F of sewex main and
1,171 I.F of water main. This change also include some adjasrinents to addzess the additional connections to
the existing infrastructure, extra cleaiing, overlay, and septic tanks removals izi conflict with the proposed
sewex main.
