WITNESSETH that Joseph G. Turner and Joan P. Turner , the undersigned, are the owner(s) of a
of land in RICHMOND COITNTY, through which Youngblood Lane, known as Youngblood Lane (Pavin�
�us Roads, Phase_IX , Project), has been laid out by City of Au�usta EngineeringDepartment , being more
�ularly described in a map and drawing of said project in the Augusta Engineering office, to which reference is
�y made.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said property by the construction and maintenance
id project, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
�wledged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey to Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of
gia, and their successors in office, so much land as to make a right-of-way for said project as surveyed.
SAID right-of-way is hereby conveyed in fee simple, consisting of 17,753.11 sq. ft.(0.41 acreZ , more or
and N/A acre of permanent easement, more or less; and N/A sq. ft. of temporary construction easement,
or less, as shown on a drawing of the property prepared by Au sta En in�g Department , dated Januarv
)11, revised N/A, attached hereto and made a part of this description.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said conveyed premises in fee simple.
I hereby specially warrant that I have the right to sell and convey said land and bind myself, my heirs,
