WITNESSETH that Benjamin Allen , the undersigned, are the owners of a tract of land in Richmond County,
�vhich over, through, and across the above Project has been laid out by Augusta-Richmond County Engineering
)epartment, being more particularly described in a map and drawing of said Project in the Augusta Engineering
�ffice, to which reference is hereby made.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said land by the construction and maintenance of said
'roject, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, I
io hereby grant, sell and convey to AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, a political subdivision of the State of Geargia, a
�erpetual easement for the purpose and uses hereinafter set forth, over, through and across the following lands, to-wit:
Said perpetual easement consists of 740.74 sq. ft. (0.017 acreZ of permanent drainage and utility easement,
nore or less, as shown on a drawing of the property prepared by AuQusta-Richxnond Countv En in�g Department,
iated February 8, 2011 , revised N/A, attached hereto and made by reference a part hereof, for a more accurate and
-omplete description of the perpetual easement.
ALSO granted is 657.78 sq. ft.(0.015 acreZ of temporary construction easement, more or less, as shown on
:aid drawing; said temporary construction easement to expire at the completion and final acceptance of said Project by
�ugusta, Geargia.
This easement is granted for the following purposes and uses, to wit: construction and maintenance.
The easement herein granted shall bind the heirs and assigns of the undersigned.
