THIS CONVEYANCE made and executed the � day of � , 20�_.
WITNESSETH that Warren W. Stewart, Jr., the undersigned, is the owner of a tract of land in
OND COUNTY, through which Youngblood Lane, known as Youngblood Lane (Pavin� Various Roads,
�_� Project), has been laid out by City of Au�usta En ine�ering Department , being more particularly
-d in a map and drawing of said project in the Augusta Engineering office, to which reference is hereby
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said property by the construction and maintenance
project, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
ledged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey to Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of
, and their successors in office, so much land as to make a right-of-way for said project as surveyed.
SAID right-of-way is hereby conveyed in fee simple, consisting of 18,20791 sq. ft. (0.42 acreZ , more or
3 N/A acre of permanent easement, more or less; and N/A sq. ft. of temporary construction easement,
less, as shown on a drawing of the property prepared by Au�usta En ine�erin�Department , dated Januarv

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said conveyed premises in fee simple.
I hereby specially warrant that I have the right to sell and convey said land and bind myself, my heirs,
