WITNESSETH that Prayon Inc , the und ersigned, i t ow ner of a tract of land in RI
VTY, through which Marvin Griffin Road , known as Marvin Griffin Road Improvement Project, has been laid
r Hussey, Gay, Bell & Deyoung, Inc., being more particularly described in a map and drawing of said project in
ugusta Engineering office, to which reference is hereby made.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said property by the construction and mainte of
project, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
, wledged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey to Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia,
teir successors in office, so much land as to make a right -of -way for said project as surveyed.
SAID right -of -way is hereby conveyed in fee simple, consisting of 9,291 sq. ft., more or less; and 150 sq. ft.
manent easement, more or less; and 5,171 sq. ft. of temporary construction easement, more or less, as shown on a
ng of the property prepared by Hussey, Gay, Bell & Deyoung, Inc., dated September 14, 2007, revised December
19, attached hereto and made a part of this description.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said conveyed premises in fee simple.
I hereby specially warrant that I have the right to sell and convey said land and bind myself, my heirs,
tors and administrators forever to defend by virtue of these presents.
JUST IN WITNESS THEREOF, 1 have hereunto set my hand and seal the day above written.
