McElreath, as party of the first part, and Augusta, Georgia, as party of the second part: WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, and forever quitclaim to the said party of - the second part, successors and assigns, all the right, title, interest, claim, or demand the said party of the first part has or may have had in and to the following described property, to -wit: SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF The purpose of this quit -claim deed is to release the above - described property from that certain Deed to Secure Debt and Assignment of Rents, dated February 21, 2005, from Betty Adkins Pender to Nanette S. Jones and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia in Realty Book 977, page 2415, and that certain Transfer and Assignment dated July 8, 2008 from Nanette S. Jones to Benjamin F. McElreath and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia in Realty Book 1194, page 1947. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said property to the said party of the second part, heirs and assigns, so that neither the said party of the first part nor its successors nor any other person or persons claiming under it shall at any time hereafter, by any way or means, have claim or demand any right, title, or interest in or to the aforesaid property or its appurtenances or any part thereof.
