WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, Made this 29th day of March, 2010 between GEORGE S.
HARRISON, LAURA H. HARRISON and JEANNE D. HARRISON of the State of Georgia and
County of Richmond, as parties of the First Part, and AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, a political
subdivision of the State of Georgia, as party of the Second Part,
WITNESSETH: That the said parties of the First Part, for and in consideration of the sum
of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, at and before the
sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have granted,
bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said
party of the Second Part, its successors and assigns, the following described property, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land, with improvements hereon, situate, lying and being in the
City of Augusta, County of Richmond, and State of Georgia, on the Northwest corner of
Reynolds Street and Campbell (9 Street, having a frontage of 150 feet on Reynolds Street
and extending back between approximately parallel lines 145 feet and being bounded:
North by property now or formerly of the Charleston and Western Carolina Railway
Company; South by Reynolds Street; East by Campbell Street (also known as 9 Street);
and West by property now or formerly of Mrs. Chris Nicholas, the improvements on said
property being known under the present system of street numbering in the City of Augusta
as 901 -907 Reynolds Street.
This being the same property conveyed by a Warranty Deed dated October 2, 2000 from
Fred L. Harrison to George S. Harrison, Laura H Harrison and Jeanne D. Harrison, and
recorded January 5, 2001 in Richmond County in Book 712, page 691.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said bargained premises, together with all and singular the
