An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta -
Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960)
together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta - Richmond
County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive
Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone
R - 1C (One - family Residential) to Zone R -1E (One - family Residential) affecting
property located on the southeast corner of the intersection of Greens Lane and St.
Luke Street; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA - RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of
Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by
changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R -1C (One - family Residential) to Zone R -1E
(One - family Residential)affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the southeast corner of
the intersection of Greens Lane and St. Luke Street;
thence, in an easterly direction along the southeast
right -of -way line of St. Luke Street a distance of 124
feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southerly
direction a distance of 143 feet, more or less, to a
point located on the northeast right -of -way line of the
Calhoun Expressway; thence, in a westerly direction
along the northeast right -of -way line of the Calhoun
Expressway a distance of 132 feet, more or less, to a
point located on the southeast right -of -way line of
Greens Lane; thence, in a northerly direction along the
southeast right -of -way line of Greens Lane a distance of
133 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This
property contains approximately .5 acres and contains
four tax parcels known as 402, 408 and 412 Greens Lane
and 1560 St. Luke Street. (Tax Map 036 -3- 042 -01 -0, 036-
3- 042 -00 -0, 036 -1- 153 -00 -0 & 036 -1- 154 -00 -0)
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
