HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTION ACCEPTING INDEMNITY AN ENCROCHMENT AGREEMENT KATHERINE SANDERS DICKSON .....~;;~\ :~~ 'i) "-I '_~ . -4 i!:'.Jt:/ '~r'; ;,.:\_.. ~"Q 1.;- (SE ... .'.\ *,,, ..,0'"';:'> ~:,\ (":~""""{\"""ii'_l-,.t~T't,,: ..:R? ~.,\ . . .;;' "!}'~1;;::'::::'i:t.2~",,*&~~'::-:e:.""- ..,.. ., -"1""':'~ RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING AN INDEMNITY AND ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FROM KATHERINE SANDERS DICKSON WHEREAS, the Augusta-Richmond County Commission has been petitioned to approve and accept an Indemnity and Encroachment Agreement from Katherine Sanders Dickson, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, for the Main Interceptor Upgrade Project; and WHEREAS, the Augusta-Richmond County Commission has elected to approve and accept said Agreement; and WHEREAS, it is appropriate for approval and acceptance of the Agreement by the Augusta-Richmond County Commission be shown by execution of said Agreement; NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved as follows: 1. The Augusta-Richmond County Commission does hereby approve and accept the Agreement. 2. It is further determined that the Mayor of Augusta, Georgia shall execute the Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A. This Resolution shall be recorded in the Minutes of the Augusta-Richmond County Commission, accompanied by the exhibits referred to herein.
