IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Capital Outlay Fund Budget for the year 2005 be amended
to reflect increased revenue of $203,290.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the appropriations be increased by $203,290 for Capital
Expenditures for Public Defender Building
