RESOLUTION
WHEREAS: Mr. James B. Brown, .Land Acquisition Supervisor for Augusta, GA,
ini1tiated a request for a Road Name to be assigned to an existing unnamed public road located at
the;: rear of Federal Paperboard, adjacent to Augusta Newsprint Co., in a petition prepared January
21,,2000.
WHEREAS: The proposed road name of Sundberg Way does not duplicate or closely
resemble any existing road name in Augusta, GA.
WHEREAS: It is proposed that the entire length of the existing unnamed public road be
named Sundberg Way.
WHEREAS: The proposed road name for the existing unnamed public road is acceptable
. to the adjoining property owner, Augusta Newsprint Co.
THEREFORE: Let it be known that Augusta, Georgia does hereby adopt the road
name of Sundberg Way for the existing unnamed public road located at the rear of Federal
Pa:perboard, adjacent to Augusta Newsprint Co. Traffic Engineering should be notified of the
rond name for the existing unnamed public road and road signs should be erected accordingly.
