Subject: Re: 80500 - Spirit Creek
There are 13 mature pecan trees that will be removed. Such trees are impossible to replace and difficult to valuate when
destroyed. International Paper supports the project and desires a quick completion. I have reviewed the issue with a local exp
and determined the following:
13 pecan trees @ $550 each = $7,150.
I have also discussed the time issue with our Division office and they have pledged to get the ROW process completed within t
30 days even with the turmoil of our recent announcement of major divestitures and reorganization. If you approve the pecan t
valuation I will go ahead and forward all appropriate documents to IP Division legal for final approval and execution.
