AUTHORIZING DISTRICT ATTORNEY TO USE PROCEEDS OF
DRUG RELATED FORFEITURE
A Resolution to authorize the District Attorney to accept and use in his budget the
. proceeds ofa drug related forfeiture in the amount of $30,387.98 and to direct the Finance
Director to appropriately account for said receipt of said money by appropriate object code and
to make said funds available for use in the District Attorney's Office in the fiscal year 2005.
