RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE CHECK SIGNERS, CHECK CO-SIGNERS, AND
L TERNA TES IN CONNECTION WITH ALL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES.
WHEREAS: In order to comply with the requirements of the Federal Government,
it is necessary that the Augusta-Richmond County Commission designate check signers,
check co-signers and alternates for all documents where Federal Funds are involved;
and
WHEREAS: The Housing and Neighborhood Development Department desires
to replace the previously designated check signers for the Housing and Neighborhood
Development Department with new appointees.
WHEREAS: These appointees will be responsible for facilitating the financial
transactions associated with Federal funds administered through the Housing and
Neighborhood Department for Community Development activities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY
COMMISSION that the following persons be and are hereby authorized as check signers,
check co-signers and alternates in connection with all Community Development activities:
