RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION REGARDING THE BUDGET
OF THE COUNTY ATTORNEY-2006
The matter of the funding of the county attorney budget for 2006 having come before the
Augusta-Richmond County Commission Special Called Meeting on September 25,2006; and
The County Attorney having presented an agenda item authorizing the payment of prior
bills and suggesting a budget modification for the balance of the year 2006; and
The Commission having modified said request to authorize the payment of the balance of
the July 2006 billing in the amount of $2,725.30 and August 25th invoice in the amount of
$26,924.60. The same shall be paid from the contingency account.
With further regard, the County Attorney shall submit future billing to the Administrator
and to the Commission as the same shall become due beginning with September, 2006 billing.
'At this time, the Commission does not approve any increase in the County Attorney budget for
the remainder of 2006.
