BUDGET AMENDMENT NO: 12-05
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the General Fund Budget for the year 2005 be amended to
reflect increased revenue of $25,210 from General Fund Balance.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the appropriations be increased by $25,210 for Contingency
expenditures for City Attorney expenditures not available in the Contingency account. Approved
$160,000 from contingency 12/5/05 #38.
